Just putting the application taught me a lot. For example…I actually started a blog! So here we go. Since it’s up and running and I’m going to keep adding to it. Hope that my reflection about starting a business here will help those of you out there looking to find freedom.
I can’t even tell you how many free GetAltitude videos I’ve watched over the weekend but it’s probably an unhealthy amount. Good thing the side effects are worth it…and it’s probably better than overindulging in chocolate.
One of the things Eben talks about is putting together a Mastermind Team.
Whoo hoo! So far…nothing we haven’t heard from Napolean Hill already.
But something that’s a little different is that he talks about assembling these Mastermind “Project” Teams as part of his “Inevitability Thinking”. So you can start inside your company with the best people and if that doesn’t work start looking outside until you’ve got a team that makes it happen. Now, he even goes into having the right mix of ‘types’ in a team but you can watch the video to get more on that.

So here’s my team…and what I’ve done to get them on my team…
Business Setup – Eben Pagan…quickly put together my first application/sales letter and got a blog up to win his GetIgnition Scholarship. There’s no one I’d rather work with.
Copywriting – John Carlton…learned about the power of testimonials from his recent launch. The one from Dan Kennedy was the clincher. Joined his Simple Writing System starting April 20th. Let’s tell some stories.
PayPerClick Marketing – Perry Marshall…love this man’s e-mails. Real value and voice all wrapped together. Adwords scares the shit out of me. Don’t know why. Not knowing is probably why. I’ve got a one-on-one consultation coming up with him. My website and copy better up and running before I get time with this giant.
Mindset – Anthony Robbins…half way through Personal Power II at the moment. Just learned how to do a swish pattern…Woosh! The man is incredible.
Action Taker – Jeff Mesina…well that’s me. I’m the peg that’s tying all of these geniuses together. Really excited to make this happen.

Welcome to my world. I writing this post as just the first peice of evidence of my commitment to the GetIgnition program. Joe Vitale has said it in the past and I know you discussed this with one of the StomperNet boys but I’ll say it again “Progress/money/change LOVES speed!” – I like to call it MOMENTUM MAKING
I decided that one way that I would be able to “prove” to you that I am one of the three DESERVING people for the GetIgnition scholarship is to show you how quickly I can turn your free wisdom and advice (that thousands of people may hear but not act upon) into something tangible you can interact with…something REAL.
After receiving your e-mail announcing the scholarship I made the decision right there and then that I would be one of the scholarship winners and I IMMEDIATELY went to work.
